Low Impact Aikido - 18:30 - 19:30
Ideal for those with existing injury or physical limitations which may inhibit regular training - suitable for all ages. Beginners welcome.
General Class - 19:35 - 21:15
Regular Aikido class - All welcome from ages 14 and up - classes will consist of empty handed and weapons techniques/
Please arrive 15 minutes early to assist with dojo preparations.

Training Fees
Adults (waged) - £5.00 per Class (£7.00 for both classes)
Adults (unwaged) - £3.00 per Class (£5.00 for both classes)
Students / Armed Forces / Public Services (with ID) £3.00 per Class (£5.00 for both classes)
Any fees taken by the club go directly to the Dojo fund. We are a not for profit organisation and no monies are paid to our instructors. All monies are directly re-invested in the club.
Insurance
£40 (per annum)
Insurance is provided via Shun Poo Kan Aikido and the British Aikido Board - this is a mandatory requirement for continued study and is for your safety. This fee is only due after your 4th lesson with us.
